How to gain weight and build muscle?

Hi,I'm woking-out for last 3 months. But I'm not understand which diet plan should follow. My height is 5 feet and 10 inch and weight is 59kg. Please guide me.

Hi Tejus,

As per your height your weight should be around 75kg. So i will recommend you high calorie diet ( 2400kcal/day) and your diet should be small and frequent (3 hourly).

Use Mass gainers (MuscleBlaze Mass Gainer XXL 2 scoop early in the morning with milk/water, 2 scoop post workout with water, 2 scoop before bed with milk/water) as well.  Do compound movement exercise.
