How to gain weight n muscle ?

I'm 30 male 6 ft of height and around 70kg of weight. I've a lean body type. I use to play outdoor games like cricket, badminton, football, etc. Please suggest me a good supplement to gain weight n develop muscles.

You cannot gain weight by just ingesting alot of supplemnts. Supplements only help you get there faster. You need to first calculate your daily calorie requirements according to your activity level which u can get from any bodybuilding site, once you find out that u need to consume 500 calories more than what you would require. If u do that everyday for 1week 500caloriesx7days= a surplus of 3500 a week and 3500calories equals 1lbs.
