How to gain weight ?

Hi, I have joined gym five months back but unlike all other folks I have never been able to gain weight and muscles.According to gym trainer my body have high metabolism due to which I can't put on weight easily. I m really struggling hard to gain weight,it will be really helpful if u will help out.

Go for high carbs with moderate protein diet and also take gainner with high carbs like MuscleBlaze weight gainner which have 1: 5 carbs and endura dubble gain 1:4 it have more carbs. And take creatine MuscleTec platinum series creatine 400gm which is good in all.

Just calculate your maintainance calories and slowly increase the calories by 100 every week until you are gaining around 1kg per week. This is the best way in my opinion to safely gain muscle.
