How to get a ripped physique with size for a vegetarian??

I am a pure vegetarian and a regular gym goer I want a good physique with all those cuts . I want six pack abs . A complete body is all I want . Plus do suggest me a diet plan accordingly..

For a vegetarian it's quite difficult to get your protein intake correctly. Have lots of milk, cheese and whey protein and add a little soya as well. Eat 500 calories above your maintainance and be patient. Results will take time but surely come

Im vegetarian too. But its not hard to gain muscle for a vegetarian. Drink milk in morning about 300ml. Add paneer in your diet about 100gms. Also take chickpeas about 100gms a day. Start eating soy chunks sabji. Eat brown rice daily about 300gms. Drink you protein suppliment after workout. Add chapati about 4-5 after your workout. Before sleep drink 200ml of milk.
