This is the good initiative by HK to get connect to people like you whome we always admire. I have a small query here. I have ben working out for 2 years, I have got shape however the drawback is that my muscle get loose after few hours of workout also I gain fat very fast if I eat rice or anyother things.
please advise how to tighten the muscles.

Ujjwal,
It seems to me you're an endomorph. Cut your carbs and focus on lean protein sources instead like chicken breast, turkey breast. The muscles getting loose is because of the pump going away. Don't worry about this. They will become harder the longer you workout.
