How to get lean body with losing fat

My name ia yash and my age is 29 yr.my height is 6'2. I workout 6 days a week rite now my weight is 86kg. As i am working dor so long i am not getting better results specially around my stomach side the fat around my stomach is not reducing. As i eat some unhealthy or my diet changes the fat accumulate around my stomach. Are supplements safe to use and what typw of suppliment should i use. How much meals should i consume in a day. Amount of protein.carbs. fat. What type of exercise should i do. So i can achieve my goal easily.

Hi Yash,

As per your height weight is perfectly ok but you mentioned that you have belly fat. Strictly follow your diet (High protein, high fiber, complex carb) avoid saturated fat junk food. Do cardio for 15-20 minutes after weight training. Use Whey Isolate Protein, BCAA, CLA,L-carnitine and Multivitamins etc.
