How to get muscle mass for a female body?

Any diet suggestions and workouts???

Hi Shmita, for gaining muscle mass you need to do muscle training 4-5 days a week and take frequent meals that consist of high complex carbohydrate and high protein foods (Like- Brown Rice, Oats, Multigrain Bread, Boiled Egg White, Boiled Chicken/ Fish, Low Fat Milk and Milk Products, Dals & Soyabeans).

Basically good amount of complex carbohydrates and high proteins can be maintained by diet as well as you can add a blend protein or an all plant protein with more carbohydrates and fats, for faster results.
