How to get rid of sagged skin after i have lost a lot of weight?

I was at 112 kgs on March 2015.I joined a gym and lost 35 kgs in a year.Now,I have skin hanging loose all around my body as it has sagged down.What can I do to bring it tight in shape?

Egg, Lemon , Aloe Vera, Cucumber, Honey, Omega3-6-9, Fish oil, Maximum of Fruits and Vegetables.

Massage with Vit A & E Oil/ Cream.
