How to get ripped physique? means how to prepare for competition how my obliques be visible?

I want a ripped physique, currently my body fat is 15-20% how can I make this to 5% please tell me I want to know this

HIT ..high intensity cardio..20-30 minutes 3-4 days a week.Keep a check on carbs.You can use glutamine+bcaas to spare your muscles while doing cardio.Lower your calories and carbs, eat more protein
