Pls share your credentials with us also share your workout pattern.

On a general note, you can perform below workouts if you are at intermediate or advanced fitness level. Pls do not perform these workouts if you are at the beginner stage.

1 lift heavy your maximum repetition range will be 6- 12 reps each set 3-4 sets 4-5 exercises for major muscles groups. 
2 flat bench press with 4 sets of 12,10,8,6 reps
3 incline bench press with 4sets of12,10,8,6 reps
4 Bar dips/ decline bench press with 4sets of 12,10,8,6 reps 
5 flat bench dumbell flyes with 4 sets  of 10- 12 reps
6 Dumbell pullover on decline bench with 4sets of 10-12 reps
