How to increase muscle size

Tell me diet, supplements, and exercise schedule so as to increase muscle size. Currently my muscle size are: Bisceps: 15", Chest: 42, forearms: 13... Also want to reduce fat from stomach area. Kindly suggest

Hi, Take high protein, high fiber and complex carbs in your diet, Avoid Saturated fat,Junk food. Do 15-20 minutes Cardio after weight training. Use Whey Isolate Protein, Blend Protein, BCAA, CLA, L-carnitine, Multivitamin. These all really help you on belly fat.
