How to increase weight?

I m 24years old but my height is 5ft4inch weight is 40kg n I m so thin please suggest me how to increase weight n muscles Thanx

Increasing weight will only be possible if you eat more than your body needs. Eat every 3-4 hours and make sure that your diet is rich in protein sources like chicken and eggs. Have good carbs like oatmeal, brown bread and quinoa and take out the white rice and junk food. As a sure shot measure, make a shake that consists of 1 scoop of mass gainer, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 cups of whole milk and 0.5 cup of dry oats; right before you sleep.
