How to loose lower belly fat to make abs more prominent without sacrificing muscle mass

i am 6' tall weighing 83 kgs and have 10% body fat. i wanna loose fat on lower belly so as to make my abs more prominent and reduce to 5-6% body fat without much sacrificing muscle size and mass. dont wanna look skinny. reducing weight is not a problem with me but as a result of excess cardio i tend to loose muscle size also. i have a very controlled diet with protein intake of 200 gms. pls advice supps and diet and to not to loose muscle size and loose fat only.

You can use the following stack,high protein low fat diet and below mentioned workout for aesthetic body and abs:

1)MB Whey Isolate-3 scoops per day

 2)MB BCAA6000-10-15 grams per day 

3)MB Fish Oil-2 capsules per day 

4)CLA-3000mg 

5)Carnitine-3000mg 

6)Pro7-1 scoop before bed

7)Glutamine-10 grams. 

Workout:

Monday-legs+calves 

Tuesday-shoulder+abs 

Wedn-chest+bisceps 

Thur-back+triceps

 Fri-legs+calves 

Sat-crossfit

 sunday -rest

 Note-: Do HIIT workout after weight training. stop eating sugar, salt and simple carbs
