How to loose skinny fat and love handles ?

Skinny fat is a condition when you lack a muscle definition in your body and there is more of fat and less of muscles. 

To avoid the condition do more of weight training sessions, as muscle building is very important here, along with this follow a high protein diet.

For love handles, involve side bends with weight, woodchopper, side planks in your workout routine.
