How to loose water weight?

Greetings! I've been training for almost 4 years now. Initially I was obese. I reduced alot of fat and gained some muscle. The only thing that is hard for me is to reduce water weight, especially near pectorial and abdominal region, I tend to hold lot of water under the skin. It did reduce just a little bit, but I'm not impressed by the reduction rate so far. I work hard, I usually use High Volume - High Intensity Training Style, trying to maximise hypertrophy. Got some good results. I do consume around 120-150 gms Protein (Whey shakes, Chicken, Eggs, Fish (sometimes)), Fats, Carbs ( I cycle carbs). I do use some supplements like Whey Protein, BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate (just started using) post workout - 5gms, Multi-Vitamin, some pre-workout.

Hi Rachit,

Your diet is ok, do 10 min cardio after weight training and functional training twice a week.

Stop using Creatine Monohydrate, start taking CLA (Conjugated Lenolic Acid) ,Tested Nutrition Water Loss ,then after 2 month you can take Creatine Hcl.

Difference between Hydrochloride and Monohydrate?

Hydrochloride means without water and monohydrate means containing one water molecule.
