How to lose belly fat

Hi my weight is 90kg and height is 171cm I am joing gym after 2 years of gap soo i need good suggestions for fat loss it really affects in my life pls help

As per the height you have mentioned, your ideal body weight would be 65- 70 kg approximately. The first thing you need to do for belly fat reduction is cardio exercise and little amount of weight training atleast 5-6 days a week. Also change the pattern of your workout after 25-30 days because if you continuously follow the same pattern, your body will get resistant to that exercise. 
Also maintain a proper diet schedule, follow small and frequent meal pattern. Take high protein (Boiled Egg Whites, Boiled Chicken, Dals, Soyabean, Low Fat Paneer, Low Fat Curd, Sprouts), low simple Carbohydrate- High Fiber (Multigrain Cereals, Salads, Fruits with Peels, Oats) and high Fluid Diet (Lemon Water, Coconut Water, Green Tea, Buttermilk, homemade clear soups, no Fruit Juices). You can also add a good isolate protein supplement to maintain good muscle mass as well as it will support fat loss.
