I m a female 24 years old. My current wt is 107 kg. I have major fat deposition on thighs n love handles. Plz suggest remedies to lose fat. N maintain it later. Because I have tried losing had come down to 82 kg. I put on very easily n fast.

Add a fat burner (if you are not hypertension patient) and aslo a zero carb, zero sugar, zero fat protein like ISOPURE in your supplement stack.
Also, cut down simple carb , simple sugar, saturated fat, a lot of sodium from your diet, take small and frequent rich protein meals in a whole day and make sure that you meet your daily requirement of protein according to your body weight.
