How to lose thighs and hips fat ?

My thighs and hip are very large. The lower body weight accounts to 65% of my total weight. I have huge thighs and hips. Previously i used to be 144 kgs but by gymming i have reduced to 91kgs but my lower body has not decreased as much as upper body. Please tell me exercises that will help me slim my thighs and hips. Olease do reply. Sorry i forgot to mention that my sex is male. Do squats help ?? Or they bulld muscle ? I have lots of question. Please reply with the exercises.

Hi Aman,

Great achievment indeed! Just know that spot reduction is not possible. Go on a fat loss schedule and take help from an expert in diet and training plans.
