How to lose weight by exercise?

My weight is 117 kgs I do Pushups 55 seat up 30 kapalbharti 200 freehand exercise 200 . anything more?

If weight loss is your only goal then you are on the right track, however you can include cardio in your exercise for better results. Additionally, focus on having low calorie protein rich diet to lose weight effectively.
