How to loss inch for side thighs??

Hello Sir, I m 31yrs old Lady.. I have bulky thighs specially side thighs ( i guess abductors ) its something like cellulose will u please suggest me some leg workout to reduce my thigh inches I regularly workout

You must understand that spot reduction or targeted fat loss can not happen. You need to work out regularly, eat right and do cardio. Most importantly remember that you should count your calories daily and be in caloric deficit.

Hello sona,

I do agree with the above comment, spot reduction isnt a thing actually. You need to cut some carbs from your diet and if you cant go gym then try to do some body weight workout at home only.

best for you is-

1. Body weight squats.

2. Lunges

3. Side kicks
