How to loss my fat & weight fast?

I want to loss 5kg. Weight.. Hows its possible

You can easily lose 5 kg with diet and workout. Please share your credentials with us. In case you have lost weight earlier and you have attained a  plateau stage then you can consume a mild fat burner before workout depending on your intensity of the workout, also include whey protein post workout to maintain your muscle mass.

Focus on HIIT after your weight training sessions for 20 min and consume complex carbs like oats, brown rice, lean chicken, egg whites, nuts and seeds in your meals.
