How to loss weight and general fitness

Hi I am 50 year old male and at this age i am really interested in weight loss and with some muscles and general fitness and now i am weighing 120 kg and my height is 5 feet 11,please do advice me of some easy task and with short duration like 3 months to 6 months thanks
