How to maintain muscularity all time..

Because my body type endomorph n it turrns to bulky i have to maintain all time suppose i skip workout for 1 week my body getting bulkyness.. need a perfect diet chart like all the contain i found easily in kolkata n little techniques fr wrkouts..asap Thank you

Suman as you know that you are an endomorph i.e you BMR is slow thats why for improving your health your calories intake should be less for healthy lifestyle.

So keep in mind that your calorie intake on Non traning  days should be less than your Traning days.
