Hi, you did't mention your details (hight and weight), take good diet and have 5-6 times meals in a day. You can go for any lean mass gainer ON Serious Mass/ Dymatize Super Mass Gainer/ MuscleBlaze Mass Gainer XXL, Amino Caps , BCAA and Multivitamin.
