How to make muscle harder

Im of 30 years. I while working out my mucle ge pumped and hard but when i walk out of gym after some time it becoms soft and even it looses shape...plz give some suggestion how to make muscle harder and to maintain cuts of muscles

You can use 2-3 grm of L-Arninine in a day for great muscle pumping and a testosterone boosters for muscularity. These suppplements helps you a lot

Ashwin,

What you experience is what gym rats call the pump. The pump occurs because of exercise and thus blood filling that particular muscle group. This can not constantly be maintained.

It is normal it happen to all Jym lover , this is called pump. When you have pumo then muscle have tight because of blood flow. Take creatin for more pump and more power.
