How to meet the daily protein requirements for a vegetarian bodybuilder?

You might have heard this question plenty of time maybe! Albeit I've been working out for past more than 3 years. I know the inside out and basic fundamentals to build muscle. But I never got an answer for budget diet and that to vegetarian. I'm 193 lbs, with 13 to 14 % body fat. And this follows my next question, some tips to cut down to 8% bf. And how mych cardio for fat loss?
