How to place a diet for six pecs and also muscle build up together

For muscle building, you need high protein diet. Include lean chicken, egg whites, grilled fish. Include complex carbs like brown rice, oats, quinoa and whole grains to get a sustained release of energy through the day. For good fats include nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, pumpkin seed. In vegetables include broccoli, beans, beets,  mushroom, and tomatoes.

Follow a proper workout schedule along with protein supplementation preferably whey protein isolate is recommended, consume post workout and another dose at any other time of the day, that depends upon your intensity of the workout.
