How to prevent hairloss while bodybuilding

I have observed there is a loss of hairs while doing bodybuilding. Search internet & they say hormones like testosterones gets increased with heavy workout which is one of the cause of hairloss along with consumption of food supplements like creatine, protein . Please suggest a solution if any.

Manu,

Hair loss is genetic and not linked to weight training. However you can supplement with Biotin to reduce your hair loss.

Take biotin for your hair, nails and skin and please avoid caffein if you are having a lot in your diet.
