How to put on mass?

im an 21old year guy, ive been gymming for past 6 months ive gained 4kgs. ie from 45 im now 49. And i didnt consume any protein supplement! should i take protein? and i got only muscles on my arm(biceps). i need to put muscles on my upper body.

Hi Arjoon,

Keep working out hard and furthermore do supplement with a whey protein. I would recommend MuscleBlaze.

Hi, 

A very common quetion that has come across me number of times.

This actually depends obn you BMR, If it is too less then to gain you should use gainer oterwise whey is fine for you.

hi arjoon,

Bodybuilding is a game which is totally depent on the calorie  intake of a body.

if iam talking about your case you Metabolism is fast so that if you want to increase your body mass then you have to intake more calories ( 60 % from cabs & 40 % from protein).

And also, you should take high calorie gainer with creatine monohydrate as a supplemet.
