How to reduce fat percentage from 16-17 to 11

Sir..I HV been able to reduce my fat percentage from 30 to almost 16 in last 2 years..but from last two months I HV been sticking to 16-17 and not able to reduce further.I am combining compound exercises with my weight training and incline walking in name of cardio because too much would cause muscle loss.I won't say I am doing too much of dieting,but a normal one.Please suggest how to reach that 11% mark in next one year or so.Thanks in advance

Congratulations first of all! Amazing progress. You need to change your diet. Decrease the carbs (roti, bread etc.) while keeping the protein high.
