Your target should be to get fit and healthy first, weight loss will follow. However, to achieve healthy weight loss you must add more cardio exercises in your routine, be it running on a  treadmill or jogging in a park. Don't add fried foods or junk food items in your diet. Consume more boiled foods/ fruits/ baked veggies. You could also go for intermittent fasting or other healthy diets for effective weight loss results.

You could also consume healthy weight loss supplements like Apple Cider Vinegar or Green Tea in your daily schedule.
