How to regain muscles which are lost

Hi i have lost my lean body mass by doing fat loss program through (hit) cardio and free stytle workouts, now i want to regain those muscles faster any body kindly recommend which supplements will regain fast kindly help

Hi Zakir take good diet (High in Protein and Fiber and Complex Carb) 5-6 times in a day.

And have 1 scoop  Whey Protein Post Workout with water 1 scoop Blend Protein before bed.

Amino caps 3 caps before workout 3 caps post workout.

BCAA 5gms Intra-workout, Multivitamin 1 caps with breakfast 1 caps with Dinner.

Muscle memory is a proven thing and your muscles will come back with regular training.

Hi Zakir,

You will regain your previous (better) physique by switching to the same diet, supplements and training you were on at that point of time.

And as Puneet said, muscle memory will get you there in no time at all.
