How to retain muscles post workout

I am 5'9" tall and i weigh 63 kgs.I face problem in bulking up.I am unable retain muscles post workout although I workout a lot.At present I am taking ultimate nutrition whey protein 2 scoop post workout and 4 eggs per day.PLease suggest how can I bulk up,put on some more weight and retain those muscles post workout.
