How to take creatine and its cycle

Creatine can be consumed 5gm in 250ml of water.

For loading phase- 5gm creatine thrice a day for 5 days, after that 5 gm once a day either before workout or after workout for 40 days. After this, you can have a break of 15 days approx, and start again if you require it.

Do not overconsume this, it's recomended to follow the guidance of a certified trainer while you use any supplement.
