How to take fat burners?

Hi, I have been working out for last 4 months and have lost about 7kg. I am now 90 and 5'8''. Do I need fat burners? If yes what combination of ingredients should I go for? I am bit worried about side effects. I have also started taking whey isolate twice everyday. once when I wake up and once after workout. Is it good? Do you have some suggestions for me? My main focus is to reduce 10kg more weight.

Hi.

Fat burners are generally Classified into 2 broad categories: Thermogenic (stimulant-based) and  Non Thermogenic (stimulant-free).Thermogenic fat burners contains a combination of one or more stimulants like caffeine , yombinine extracts etc. Non Thermogenic fat burners contains green tea extracts, chromium picolinate, gracinia extracts etc.These ingredients aim to boosts body metabolism , suppress appetite, and increase fat release from fat cells (to be burned as energy). Whey Protein Isolates are fat free, are very low in carbs, and are lactose free. They helps in tightening and toning of muscles.It is usually taken pre meal twice or thrice a day, followed by a low fat diet and with adequate water intake of at least 5-6 litres.

Dosage: Initially start with one capsule half an hour before your workout but if you are doing workout early in the morning then avoid taking it empty stomach just have 3-4 biscuits and then fat burner capsule.Then if one capsule is tolerable you can shift to second and third dosage (one before lunch and second before evening snack)

Hi Nitika,

Thanks for answering. Should I take protein isolate continuously or periodically. I am taking whey protein for last 3 months and now thinking about stoping it for a month and starting it again. My reason for this is that I don't want my body to become habitual of this as protein adds some strain for lever. Please advice me should I continue using it or should I take break for a month. Though I am not looking to take any break from my workout.

My aim is to lose more weight, about 8-9kg more.

Regards

Panks

Hi.

You can continue taking 1 scoop of protein post workout with water and rest try to compensate the amount through diet. If you are aiming to loose more weight then make sure you need to maintain good amount of protein intake so that your skin will not sag. After 2 months you can cycle protein.Just make sure you need to maintain liquid intake throughout the day so that your body temprature will able to nuetralize and also flushes out the waste product from the body.
