How to take whey protien?

Sir/mam I want to know that should i take ultimate nutrition whey protien In morning (1 scoop) and (1 scoop) after workout Or Before workout(1scoop) and after workout (1 scoop) Which way is better please help

Hello prashant

In morning ur body needs more carbs rather than protein as carbs are energy fuel for our body. I would suggest U to take 1 scoop post workout & 1 scoop before sleeping because muscle recovery is done during sleeping, that is when ur body needs protein.

Hi Prashant, 

Take your whey protein in the following way:

1. 1 scoop on an empty stomach 

2. 1 scoop before 1 hour of your workout

3. 2 scoops after your workout

If you're bulking, mix your whey with milk and if you're cutting then put it in water.

hi prashanth,

just take 1 scoop postworkout n odr scoop any time in d morng or before bed.. make sure ur nutrition is gud. no need to take 4-6 scoops a day jst 2 scoops a day is normal, rest of the protein get it frm food.

Ya I agree with prashanth two scoop is sufficient. we can't depende mainly on Supliment. Use natural food as much as possible and after that use it. Otherwise when u left it then u will decrease u gaining.
