How to time to apple cider vinegar and wheat grass juice throughout the day for effective weight loss

Hi Healthkart, I have apple cider vinegar and wheatgrass juice also meal replacement shake is on its way to me. Just wanted to understand how do i mix up the three, throughout the day in my meals, so effective weight loss happens. Thanks for your advice. Rohan

Meal replacement is to be taken either during lunch or dinner time. Wheat grass should be consumed early in the morning with 30 ml water.

Apple cider vinegar can be consumed before lunch and dinner or it can be mixed with your salads .
