I have apple cider vinegar and wheatgrass juice also meal replacement shake is on its way to me. Just wanted to understand how do i mix up the three, throughout the day in my meals, so effective weight loss happens.

Meal replacement is to be taken either during lunch or dinner time. Wheat grass should be consumed early in the morning with 30 ml water.
