How to train for speed in martial arts?

1. working out fast twitch muscles 2. gaining muscles without loosing speed

Hi 007 Do stretching for all body parts. Do spots oriented exercise. Speed come from quick reactions from brain so eat almonds and walnuts in morning. Train legs, lower back, abdominal for better controls. Do more practices.
