How to use muscleblaze weight gainer?

my age is 24 and heigt is 5.6 and weight is just 46 kgs ...Recently i purchased weight gainer from healthkart.....please suggest me

This supplement is basically recommended for beginners or those who are not doing workoutand for those of who are underweight(their weight according to their height is less).You can consume 120 grams( 60 grams after 2 hours of your breakfast and 60grams any time of the day after 2 hours of lunch ) either with room   temprature/cold water or milk(skimmed or double toned).You can also add high glycemic index fruits like banana, sapota etc to the gainer mix .
