I am 21 year old & my weight is 72 kg . my first protein is how much good for me & my work out because my goal is to increase my weight upto 10 lbs & my strength in next 4 months.

 If you want to gain muscle mass you need to do a heavy workout and follow a high caloric diet, high protein diet. Along with this, you should add a good quality mass gainer post workout and creatine as pre-workout for better strength and stamina.
