Please mention your current weight as well to assess your condition.

On a general note to gain weight, you can consume calorie dense meal like banana shake, figs, dates. Do consume good fats in your diet like peanut butter, almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, and sunflower seed.
