I am 25 years of age weight 105 kg pure vegeterian i do corporate job no physical movement at all except except typing n going to washroom n stuffs like that and for your info i have become lazy too now

First you should start your physical workout ( Walking, Yoga, gyming, swiming, cycling, dancing, functional workout etc.). if you are not doing any thing you are not able to  burn your calorie and beacuse your metabolism rate  is so slow thats why you should cut down your cabs intake, sugar intake as well saturated fat intake too i.e you have to take 6 small and rich protein meals in your daily diet and try to in take 5 ltr of water for avoiding increase triglycerides in body.

For supplement suggestions I need your proper data like height, weight, age for better suggestions.

I have started gym a month ago..

Age :- 25 on 1st Cotober 2015

Weight:- 105 KG
