I am 30 year old my height is 5.10 my weight is 75 i am currently doing gym i want to gain weight but my weight not increase above 75 can u please suggest me something to increase weight

 As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is 77kg, so to gain these extra two kgs you can consume calorie dense meal like banana shake, figs, nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, flaxseed and sunflower seeds. Do include good fats like peanut butter also.

In supplements, you can take whey concentrate post workout.
