I am 49 have a lean body ,weight is 67 kg and height is 172 cm workout at gym want to have muscular body

i am 49,weight 67 and height172cm vegetarian hit gym 5 days a week one bodypart per day ,have lower back problem ,want to have muscular body

Hi Pankaj,

According to you height you weight is good, but you don't have that much of muscular body beacause of your age, because after 40  our testosterone level are decrease from body.

so you have to take a testosterone booster supplement and fast acting whey protein too for better results and add more garlic in your daily diet.

You can match your ideal weight, it is good. And take moderate exercise and good diet also.. Focus on healthy and fit life it will be more important then building muscle. Otherwise you go for heavy Supliment and take protein and glutamine , BCAA etc.
