I am 70kg 168cm height 20year and in my body fat % is 20.1 i need to burn my fat but not to loose my muscle size as i am looking for six pack abs what suplement i have or i need to use for better result

i need best suplements and how to use it as i am using bcaa pre workout glutamine during working on gold standard protein after workout 12eggs and milk

Your Supliment is good but change its order. Glutamine 30 min before workout. BCAA during workouts ON whey protein after workout with in 15 min with water for fast absorption. And after eat which you want like eggs milk etc. You should try whey isolated In future .
