I am 75 yrs old young man of very active habits.ht.5ft 5inch,wt.67kg.hitting the gym atleast 5 days a week.want to have a good mascular body.can it be possible.

It's good that you are maintaining a healthy schedule. You can develop a good muscular body but it all depends on how religiously you follow your workout and your diet schedule.
