I am a basketball player and my height is 5'7 my weight is 55kg. which supplement should i take while doing gyming and my ground workouts?

During your weight training session and your ground workout as well, use BCAA  for the better recovery and as a secondary energy source and a good whey protein concentrate or whey protein blend to fulfil your daily protein requirements will be a good addition to your nutrition plan.
