I am a hardgainer, what should i eat, which type of supplement and how much protein and carbs per day to build muscle and mass?

I was a skinny nerd 1 year back nodoubt i gain around 15kgs in last 6-7 months with the help of supplements and my proper diet and workout in gym but now i feel that my body has stopped gaining size of muscle. My muscle size has stopped to some point. what should i do?

Hi Lovedeep,

Eat at least 300-500 calories above your maintainance while maintaining a 40-40-20 ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat. For supplements use a mass gainer to help you reach your caloric goal and also creatine monohydrate 5g after your workout with simple sugars.
