I am also maintain weight manage and want muscle building how ?

Dear Sir, I am just weight lost in two months ago from 90 kg to 76 kg, but I am also want to muscle building advise me...

Hi Shridhar,

That's a great weight loss man! For muscle building just eat lots of protein (around 1g per pound of your lean bodyweight) and moderate carbhohydrates and fat. For training, make sure you are working out in the gym 5-6 times a day with one rest day where you don't engage in strenous physical activities. Switch from cardio to weight training and follow some compound exercises first for streignt and base for isolation like bench press ,squat, Deadlift, military press , bent over row. These cover full body. Then u will be start isolated exercise schedule. And eat more protein, carbs and 20% fat of your diet (good fat) , eat clean , take some muscle blaze protein after workout. Be natural be healthy.

hey,

This is one of the good achievement to loose 14 kg in just 2 months.

Now, you should increse protein intake in your body i.e  The major part of your per day calories should be taken from protein and have just complex carbs (mainly in  morning) along with this you should Sip BCAA powder (with water) in between your workout and a scoop of casein too as a night protein.
