I am doing regular abs exercise ,so which protien i take for abs muscle building,i only need to burn the bulky fat from stomach

To burn excess fat from your body you should do strength training and HIIT cardio after your strength training. In supplements, there is no specific protein for abs muscles only, protein helps to build muscle all over the body, you can go for whey isolate post workout and any mild fat burner as a pre workout.
